Theis's lab course provides hands-on experience in the study and characterization of semiconductor devices. Students will gain practical skills in the analysis, measurement, and testing of diodes, transistors, and operational amplifiers. The course covers device operation principles, circuit applications, and performance evaluation. Through lab experiments and projects, students will develop a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and their practical use in electronic systems, in addition to using computer-aided software.
